About this role:
Devoted Health, the fastest growing consumer healthcare company in the country, is looking for a leader to accelerate our growth through direct marketing. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing an analytics and operations team that helps consumers discover and choose Devoted, driving the overarching strategy and media plan with continued optimization of performance and growth.
As one of the key business leaders in the Growth function, you will oversee the strategy, operations and analytics end-to-end. You will manage and grow a high-performing team of experienced marketers and data analysts. You will work in a cross functional team including technologists, data scientists and creative to build systems to aggressively scale the business – think 2x a year.
This leader must have a strategic mindset to guide the testing and operational roadmap to scale direct mail and TV driven growth as the business scales and guide awareness and brand perception goals alike. The ideal candidate must also have the operational chops to drive efficiency and scale innovation through dynamic data, partnership with agencies and media outlets, and entrepreneurial application of industry expertise in a new category.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a $10M+ advertising budget to achieve member acquisition targets within ROI thresholds
- Own the strategy, execution and performance across all direct response advertising channels (direct mail, TV, print)
- Analyze vast amounts of prospect and campaign data to develop hypotheses and opportunities
- Develop strategic initiatives and testing plan across key levers such as audience targeting, messaging, and production operations
- Manage a team of marketing managers and analysts who are responsible for day-to-day campaign development and operations
- Ensure operational excellence through management of production processes and external vendors
- Develop lead forecasts and partner with cross functional partners on frictions in the sales funnel
- Be the business partner of internal Creative Directors to determine the creative big swings and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in an analytical operator role such as growth marketing, sales operations, or in an analytical business setting such as management consulting or finance
- MBA grad preferred with 4+ years of post-MBA experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and performing ad-hoc analyses to draw actionable insights
- Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems and develop hypotheses
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing team
- Comfortable with thoughtful risk-taking and P&L responsibility
- A learning mindset; comfortable operating in a fast moving environment
