Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be exposed to a broad range of products that have life changing effects on a patient’s quality of life.

To assist the Inside Sales Manager in the Division of NZMS Diabetes in prospecting, targeting, and qualifying customers. Analyse customer buying behaviors to identify key trends and markets to deliver & grow the Division’s initiatives and sales. Assists in the implementation and support the execution of the Inside Sales Strategy.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will:

• Analyse metrics in line with key objectives
• Call prospects and hunt out leads to convert to sales
• Feedback customer intel
• Capture leads in CRM/HubSpot and triages appropriately
• Respond to customer queries regarding product
• Review marketing leads to align with core customer targets
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting with agreed metrics
• Effectively communicate to all key internal stakeholders – Comms Ops, Customer Service, Warehouse
• Professionalism and confidentiality maintained to the highest standards
• Supporting the field Territory Managers with sales opportunities

Performance Will Be Based Upon The Following Items

• Quotas & conversion of leads – contribution to overall sales

• Build customer stories for inclusion in calls
• Overcoming objections – identify key objections, and responses to competition developments
• Execution – act with a sense of urgency
• CRM/HubSpot and systems experience to capture and process sales
