Job Profile
Reporting to the Edmonton Branch Manager the Shop/Compliance Administrator will be supervised by the Operations Administrator. The Shop/Compliance administrator will work closely with our Maintenance manager and Operations administrator entering shop data, scheduling inspections, 3rd party scheduling and invoicing. The compliance portion will include monitoring and auditing our E-Log system as well as entering new drivers or units.
Job Duties
Entering and completing our Equipment Repair Requests (ERR)
Filing ERR’s and Invoicing
CVIP Entry
Scheduling Annual Equipment Inspections
Scheduling Overhead Crane Inspections
Oversee our coverall program
Sending PO’s to branches for 3rd party repairs
Entering the shop schedule monthly
Entering data in DFI’s system for CVIP’s , NDT, Vehicle Registrations Etc.
Monitoring compliance in our Electronic Drivers Log
Training new drivers on how to use our Electronic Log system
Supporting the Edmonton Operation Administrator
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
Experience in a construction or logistics administration position is an asset.
Experience with commercial driver compliance an asset.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a high pace environment
