DFS Group Hiring for Talent Support Specialist Job at Auckland , New Zealand Full Time

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrative extraordinaire to join our close knit team, Full-time position (12-months maternity cover). Commencing mid-October 2021.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Support Specialist you’ll provide administrative support to Operations Support, and Store as well Human Resources. Duties include invoicing, payroll, commission and general clerical and other administrative work to support the smooth operations of these departments.

Key Requirements:
To excel in the role you’ll need: 2 years in a retail environment the ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks to manage workflow to work independently with minimal supervision and work quickly and accurately, with attention to detail. Also a must is outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills. Merchandising, financial accountability highly desired and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, or equivalent, is preferred. A good understanding of excel is a must, knowledge of COUPA, Kronos, Power BI would be beneficial.
