BIG PICTURE:

We are looking for an extremely detailed Inventory Associate to join our growing production studio. This individual will be key to ensuring all studio items are accounted for such as props, equipment, furniture, and supplies to name a few. The Ideal person is experienced with maintaining accuracy across the board, communicating effectively, completing inventory counts in a timely manner, and is always thinking logistically. In addition, this individual will be able to use their computer skills to create and maintain inventory logs. Ultimately, ensuring that all items/goods are safely stored away and accounted for with minimal damages.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Working closely with the pre-production, production, and operations teams
• Creating inventory logs of all props and equipment while maintaining meticulous organization using appropriate platforms (Skype, Monday.com, Google Drive)
• Ensuring storage areas and all workplaces are tidy and neat
• Conducting daily cycle counts and investigating discrepancies
• and clients when placing an order, loading will calls, and/or delivering miscellaneous stock
• Sorting and placing materials in designated locations to ensure accurate inventory
• Completing inventory management reports
• Partnering with various departments to create inventory management awareness with staff

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 3 years working as an inventory associate or similar role; preferably with production studio knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Inventory Associate will report directly to the Pre-Production Senior Manager

Currently, the Inventory Associate has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All the action takes place at our BRAND NEW studio in Burbank, CA!

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

Monday – Friday full-time with a flexible schedule, will be discussed during interview
