YOUR TASKS:
- Maintain good relationships and communication, both verbally and in writing, with all Customers; both internal and external
- Ensure that all shipments – both inbound and outbound – are processed according to local and DHL Network standards
- Ensure that all shipments are processed according to security procedures
- Ensure that all shipments are processed according to government and airline regulations, in relation to the transport of cargo by air & road
- Participate in implementation of change
- Follow all Work Health and Safety Procedures
- This role is40 hours per week across 5 days between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm Monday to Sunday.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Driving License Current and ValidReliability and a can do attitude
- Experience adhering to work health and safety procedures
- Physical fitness – ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
