As the Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for inventory management, administration and reporting. You will utilise your analytical skills to investigate & report on stock discrepancies, reconcile stock variances, perform stock adjustments and improve inventory control processes. You will also play an important role in customer service and communications. This is an excellent role to broaden your operational knowledge for someone looking to progress their career in supply chain and logistics.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus are needed in order to effectively investigate and respond to customer queries and stock issues. Your previous experience in an inventory or stock control role is evidence of your high level of numeracy and literacy and previous Manhattan experience is an advantage (but not essential).

Your key responsibilities in your new role:

• To coordinate and participate in the cycle count activities of the agencies
• To accurately maintain SKU properties within the WMS
• To accurately complete quality control functions for inbound product
• To have strong prioritisation skills
• To take the lead with key customer stocktakes
