YOUR TASKS:
- Achieving productivity and quality targets
- Providing customers with a pro-active customer service experience
- Alerting customers to any service failures within our network
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Adhering to approved Service Level Agreements is vital to the success of this role
YOUR PROFILE:
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment
- Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Show developed planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrate initiative and passion towards delivering outstanding customer service to achieve best in class results
