We have an exciting opportunity for an NCG Agent to join our friendly and fast-paced team based in Christchurch Airport.

YOUR TASKS:

• Enter accurate data for outbound shipments
• Ensure data is sent to correct sectors for all flights logged in the database for transmission for final billing
• Provide action for inbound alerts
• Process flight documentation for both International and Domestic freight
• Communicate information to any relevant parties
• Answer all incoming shipment and service requests to comply with network response standard
• Support the South Island regions with flight bookings and schedules
• Hours are Tuesday to Friday 09:00am – 18:00pm & Saturday 08:00am – 14:00pm
