YOUR TASKS:

• Maintain good relationships and communication, both verbally and in writing, with all Customers; both internal and external
• Ensure that all shipments – both inbound and outbound – are processed according to local and DHL Network standards
• Ensure that all shipments are processed according to security procedures
• Ensure that all shipments are processed according to government and airline regulations, in relation to the transport of cargo by air & road
• Participate in implementation of change
• Follow all Work Health and Safety Procedures
• This role is 40 hours Monday to Friday 09.30am – 18.00pm with a rostered weekend 7.30am – 12.30pm

YOUR PROFILE:

• Communication skills (English), spoken and written
• Computer literacy and keyboard skills
• Driving License Current and Valid Reliability and a can do attitude
• Experience adhering to work health and safety procedures
• Physical fitness – ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
