• Follow customer-specific procedures
• Process Paperwork – as required
• Manual Handling
• Operate MHE & other site equipment in a safe manner
• Operate to trained standards (H&S / Quality / IT / Operations) at all times
• Adhere to any security obligations as laid out by DHL, customer

• Knowledge of WMS and JDA
• Manual Handling certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Basic IT knowledge
• Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health and Safety regulations
• Forklift certificate is desirable
