• Cash and Carry sub-channel complexity driven by multi-channel competitiveness.

• Costco focuses on driving value thru Treasure Hunting Focus, Drop shipping strategy, CPFR focus and reduce inventory days.
• Liverpool, with more than 100 stores, looking forward to have experiences at POS.
• Palacio de Hierro, focusing on Reserve Brands and inventory efficiency.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Owner of the commercial relation with the customers, influencing commercial customer team, replenishment team, and able to bring up customer top management team conversations.
• Responsible for the buildup and negotiation of the JBP and multi-year strategy.
• This position is responsible to lead a multi-functional team (CPFR, Shopper, SP&A Off Trade, Operations) to deliver full P&L and service critical metrics for the account.
• Accountable for the full investment and commercial planning and execution to deliver AOP.
• Creation of value business with Global Partners.
• People Leadership Skills to develop capabilities and career path for their direct report (Key Account Executive)

Purpose Of Role

• To effectively handle the overall P&L and JBP critical metrics for the account-
• To ensure that the Customer Plans of the accounts are linked to the IMC’s trade strategy, NRM targets and overall additional opportunities.
• To pro-actively seek out new opportunities for Diageo’s portfolio.
• Deliver outstanding results on inventory reduction for the next 12 months and work it efficiently.
• Builds outstanding key account customer relationship and environment to drive mutual growth and delivery of both JBP and company targets for the 3 clients.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

• To achieve the Strat Plan volume and gross profit targets (GSV, NSV, TS, Mix, Min. Assortment, etc.)
• To ensure Brilliant Execution of the Diageo brands by growing market share, share of shelf, share of exhibitions, and ensure brilliance in Service critical metrics (OOS, Fill Rate, etc.) including and prioritizing Ecommerce.
• To construct appointed Joint Customer Plans in accordance with agreed business objectives, CDS and trade strategy.
• Deliver a differentiated strategy for the individual and the business members in the C&C segment.
• An incredible awareness to create experiences for Department stores focus on luxury brands.
• Search and build standard process locally and globally and spin these findings into the task at hand and throughout rapidly.

Qualifications And Experience Required

• Extensive commercial experience, including 4 or more years in a sales management Key Account Managing or commercial position in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company or similar
• Commercial experience (front Line), minimum 4 years as a key account executive.
• Advance Level of English to maintain fluid conversations with Global teams.
• Highly driven, Proved Resilience, curiosity and problem solving.
• Proved Experience in Turn Over Situations.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Key Internal Partners management shown experience.
• Interested in generate presence and near connection with our client through events (tastings, openings, launchings).
• Positive relationship builder
• Results oriented.
• Practical understanding of category development principles and trends
• Highly developed interpersonal influencing skills to have impact in a constantly evolving environment.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and decision-making skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams

• Total alcohol market knowledge
