To run the rapid growth and outstanding challenges of the Tequila business, a Transformation Director role and Category Working Group were established in January 2022 to drive cross-functional leadership. This has enabled strong progress in establishing the category and the Tequila organisation has continued to grow significantly in F23. To secure the pace of Tequila’s ongoing trajectory in the context of exponential growth, early stages of maturity and significant complexity and volatility, the Tequila and Mezcal Project Manager will support the Tequila and Mezcal Transformation Director and the Category Working Group to deliver the transformation roadmap to achieve the Tequila and Mezcal ambition

Market Environment/

Complexity This role will oversee and handle the programme of all end to end interventions in service of the Strategy (excluding business as usual activities and projects which are functionally specific).

Leadership Responsibilities/

Working as a critical member of the Strategic category working group, this role will be responsible for ensuring the scoping, integration and delivery of all end to end projects. The role-holder will be key in influencing and partnering with the Strategic Category Working group, business leaders and global collaborators.

Purpose of Role

To oversee and handle all end-to-end projects and programmes ensuing interdependencies are understood, risks and issues are effectively led and appropriate Governance is demonstrated in delivery.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

• Set framework and standards for the Programme Management of the plan
• Run the Governance for the programme end to end including status reporting
• Lead overall programme including interdependencies, risks and issues, budget and the breakthrough plan
• Drive effective mobilisation of programmes within each function
