We are an established and busy Home Health Agency with over 40 Years’ experience. Our ideal caregivers are compassionate, respectful, reliable and looking to start immediately!

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patients residence
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care
• Monitor and report patients vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed
• Meal preparations
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills:

• Proven working experience as home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization
• Social Security Card
• HHA Certified or CNA License/Certification
• CPR – American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• HIV/AIDS certificate
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication
• Alzheimer certificate
• Auto insurance
