Shift: Full – Time and Part – Time

We are looking for experienced call center representatives with the ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.  As a call center customer service rep you will be the voice of leading brands and will speak directly to their customers to service and/offer products and services.

Job Requirements

The duties and attributes that make a great Customer Services Agent include:

· 6 months of previous call center and customer service experience

· Data entry, key stroke accuracy

· Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems

· Must be dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail

· Confident and comfortable with upselling

WFH After 90 days with the below:

· Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.

· Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable.

· Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction

· Minimum network speed of:

• 25 Mbps download speed
• 10 Mbps upload speed
