Summary:
The Online Administrator is an integral part of the support team. The purpose of the role is to further enhance the levels of superior customer service that we offer to our customers by providing information to the business daily, communicating with customers and suppliers, and by providing a support role to the Online Operations Manager.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for retail customer service. This is a hands-on fast-paced role for a retail professional who thrives in a challenging environment and can work on their own initiative.
Principal Responsibilities:
*Daily Cash reconciliation of the Online Stores transactions
*Creating and distributing key reports to the business
*Reviewing declined orders against potential fraud.
*Process chargeback claims with Signifyd fraud detection solution.
* Ensure store Reports are kept up to date
* Processing Customer refunds
*Contacting Customers when products are returned that do not qualify for refund/exchange in line with company policy.
*Contacting Suppliers to obtain uplift authorization for replacement products.
* Managing store debtor accounts.
* Answering incoming phone calls.
* Provide excellent customer service to all DID customers.
* Logging service calls with Supplier/AIG insurance
* Ensure all AIG claims are processed promptly.
* Upload weekly rosters to clockwise software
*Send weekly clocking amendments to the HR dept.
* Sort incoming internal and external e-mails.
* Action Customer queries received via E-mail
* Any other tasks assigned by duty manager
Experience & Skills Required
· Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
· Good Excel Skills are a must
· PC literate
· Ability to work on their own initiative and take ownership of their work.
· Team player with a positive attitude.
Ideal candidate
· Enthusiastic about customer service and working with teams in a retail environment.
· Previous retail or service experience is an advantage.
Succession planning:
· The expected succession planning future job roles for a Online Administrator could be a Team Leader or Supervisor or a transfer into another role to suit an individual’s competencies
