About The Team/role
The Strategy & Planning (S&P) team’s mission is to support DiDi’s mobility business to achieve sustainable growth, by providing insights, driving decisions and setting the rhythm for execution alongside multifunctional teams.
We study the market, we have a very broad view of the business and we interact with every team in the company to create our know-how. Then we build our mobility strategy, promote cross-functional collaboration, lead resource allocation, set targets and lead executive forums.
In this position, you will support the team in ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives, leading multiple areas through projects with multidisciplinary scopes, in order to promote direction, visibility and alignment among stakeholders.
Leading strategic projects, integrating the S&P team, you will find a collaborative, high-performance environment, with people engaged and concerned with driving the success of the business.
