We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Strategy and Planning to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of effective, data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth and success across our digital marketing channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning strategies with Operations, Marketing, and Planning.

As the S&P Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future in Performance Marketing operations. You will identify the right operating models and long-term structures for efficiency, incorporating emerging AI technologies to enhance our strategies. You will play a crucial role in developing a global collaboration model.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Analytics, BI, Growth, or Marketing.
• MBA, MPP/MPA, Master of Finance, or a related field with a strong quantitative background.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and hands-on individual, comfortable taking ownership of daily activities and driving results.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is recommended.
• Fluency in English.
