Digimind Hiring For APAC Junior Digital Analyst (Internship) at Singapore Full Time

We are currently seeking a Junior Digital Analyst (Intern) to add to our growing Insights team in Singapore.

What we are looking for :

The Junior Digital Analyst (Intern) is responsible for producing compelling and insightful reports, research, analysis, and recommendations for several of our clients.

This person will be responsible for tracking social media mentions, analyzing key visual metrics generated by our products, and wrapping up everything into synthetic reputation and/or competitive reports.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assist the Digital Analyst or Insights Manager in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reputation and/or competitive analysis to clients
• Assist in responding to inbound requests from clients related to the monitoring of a specific crisis, campaign, or product launch, to name a few examples
• Build your industry knowledge by staying up to date with digital business intelligence strategies & best practices.

What you bring :

• Current undergraduate or a fresh graduate ideally in Marketing and/or Digital Communication
• Preferably have hands-on work experience for a marketing/digital/communication agency or a social media-related technology vendor in which client reporting, research, and client dashboards were central to the business
• Full professional proficiency in English (particularly in writing) and professional working proficiency in a vernacular language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil) is required
• Passionate about data analysis and social media, you are a perfectionist with writing and editorial skills
• You are able to manage and prioritize the reporting and analysis of multiple ongoing reports across clients
