As a HydroBlasting Technician you will be responsible for safely operating manual and automated hydroblasting equipment, as well as special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps, chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment. Work will be performed in industrial settings, such as refineries, petrochemical and utility plants, and pulp and paper mills.

What you will learn and do:

• Safe hands-on operation of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment
• Safe operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps, chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment
• Examine cleaned surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations

What you need to bring:

• Classroom safety training, on-the-job training and experience gained on other jobs
• Willingness to travel away from home on company paid travel up to 100% of the time within the region
• Valid driver license
• OSHA certification preferred
• TWIC card preferred
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
