We have an opening for a Dental Receptionist. Our office has been serving the community and its vicinity for over 20 years. We are looking for an energetic caring team member to join our practice. We are a small office that likes to enjoy our days and have fun as a team.

Key responsibilities include:
– Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays

– Gathering insurance information answering phones and verifying eligibility

– Care calls, confirmation calls, calling/texting patients to fill the schedule

-Light back office duities, ability to take X-rays and pictures.

Qualifications:
– Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
– Great with people
– Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and follow-up skills
– Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize

Experience with Dentrix a plus. X-ray License required.
Medical, Dental, paid holidays and PTO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
