Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies for marketing campaigns, taking into account the target audience and brand objectives
• Write direct response copy that resonates with a feminine audience, incorporating research and marketing inspiration
• Source and manage creators for content creation, ensuring their work aligns with the brand’s vision
• Write briefs for creators, providing clear direction and expectations for their work
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative content aligns with the overall brand strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in direct-to-consumer marketing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing creative strategies for marketing campaigns
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create direct response copy that resonates with a feminine audience
• Experience in sourcing and managing creators for content creation
• Familiarity with the direct-to-consumer industry and understanding of its unique marketing needs
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Full proficiency in English
• Availability for 10-15 hours per week in the EST time zone
• Fullstack experience is preferred, but not required
