Responsibilities

Prepares and serves foods to patients, cafeteria, and catered functions. Oversees staff in the absence of the supervisors during the a.m. and p.m. shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School graduate or GED.

• Two years of experience in food service, mostly in food preparation. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment including appropriate use, care and sanitation

• Yavapai County or other AZ County Food Worker OR ANSI approved Food Handler OR Professional Food Manager certificate within 30 days of employment.

• CT FOODHND; CT FOODMGR – Yavapai County or other AZ County Food Worker OR ANSI approved Food Handler OR Professional Food Manager certificate within 30 days of employment.
