We are looking for a capable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to work at our reception area. In this role, your duties will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors.

Job Duties:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.

• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.

Salary:

$18.50 – $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Experience and Skills:

• Answer inquiries about the company.

• Ensure the reception area is tidy.

• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.

• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

• Take and relay messages.

• Organize and manage multiple office needs and offer assistance enthusiastically.
