Overview:
Join our Global Company and get the Opportunity to be part of the Marketing team in Mexico and contribute to our processes! We are looking for someone willing to learn and add value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Search for images and key show information
- Petitions of materials to panregional key shows
- Monthly key arts
- Monthly signatures
- Approvals with Creative Director and panregional
- Designs and adaptations for events, invitations, packaging, contests, etc.
- Support to the Distribution team for timely completion and approval of materials.
- Small barters reconciliation
- Documentation assistance for vendor and client registration.
- Payments required for tenders
- Follow-up and coordination of paperwork
- Necessary follow up help (with agencies, materials, etc.)
- Premiums inventory and assets in warehouse and closet.
- Preparation of presentations, proposals and results
Qualifications:
- Design or advertising student
- Attention to detail
- Creative with design notion
- Willingness to learn and grow
- knowledgeable in the use of software such as photoshop, illustrator and indesign
- No gender preference
