Disney’s Cruise Vacation Agents creates magic for our guest before they arrive for their Disney Cruise Line vacation. Cruise Vacation Agents assist guest by creating a personalized vacation experience. Cruise Vacation Agents manage cruise planning, using sales techniques and deploying guest service skills in a high volume inbound call center.
Disney’s Cruise Vacation Agents will attend a paid mandatory training class (split between both on site and virtual) where you will participate in multiple performance assessments.
This position is a hybrid role, working in the office and remotely from home based on operational needs. This position requires you to live in the state of Florida.
The starting pay rate for this position is $15.75/hour
Basic Qualifications :
- Sales and service experience in a service-oriented or contact center environment
- Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Operate a computer within a Microsoft Windows environment
- Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer application
