Responsibilities:
Ensure Tier I audits are being conducted by Disneyland Resort Entertainment departments.
Analyze audit results to confirm established procedures are understood and performed
Identify opportunities in training or documentation.
Schedule and conduct Tier II audits for all Entertainment offerings to ensure that training, documentation, work practices are understood, consistent, and effective in meeting applicable standards, regulations, and Disney requirements.
Manage documentation development, sustainment and compliance of Disneyland Resort Entertainment operating guides and associated materials.
Guide communication between Entertainment operating and production teams, global documentation, operations training, and important partners.
Review and validate process and documentation changes against standards and resolves any agreement gaps. Manage delivery timelines and team workload.
Work on and manage other projects, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum five years’ leadership experience.
Experience developing positive relationships with others at all levels, creating a professional, welcoming, hospitable environment.
Experience summarizing data and providing basic analysis of trends.
Experience scheduling and tracking people and activities.
Understand documented procedures for varying roles and operations.
Experience speaking in front of large or small groups of people, at all levels of any organization.
Flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in live entertainment production or operations.
Knowledge of current entertainment industry trends.
