HOSPITALITY WORKERS are required to work in our busy hotel and conference centre at Distinction Rotorua

Experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

These positions will include

• Using our point of sale and front office systems which are easy to use
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Dealing with guest enquiries
• Working in multile departments in the hotel
• Cash handling
• Providing high quality customer service
• Reliable and good time keeping

This position will include a variety of tasks and may be in multiple departments of the hotel. Shifts will vary and could be any of the 3 shifts we run over the 24 hours of the day. Approximate start times are morning 7am, afternoon 3pm and night 11pm. Hours will vary but may be between 30-40 hours per week and per hour rate is approximately $25 per hour based on experience.
