Report to your HOD, to address all suggestions and / or concerns raised with yourself by team members or customers
To assist with staff orientation and training within the department as required by Management.
To maintain standards of punctuality, uniform presentation and personal hygiene.
To abide by and demonstrate the correct procedures in regards to the Cell Phone policy.
Be vigilant with the security & safety of all guests, staff, the building & surrounding area.
