- To act in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to achieve Distinction standards with work and guest care as required by company.
- Assisting department by way of information being passed, to ensure the smooth running of the operation..
- To report any operational concerns to the Head of Department.
- Maintain all department equipment to the correct standard.
- Maintain the Hotels appearance standards internally & externally.
- A positive and professional appearance and attitude in all dealings with both internal & external customers
- Report to your HOD, to address all suggestions and / or concerns raised with yourself by team members or customers
- To assist with staff orientation and training within the department as required by Management.
- To maintain standards of punctuality, uniform presentation and personal hygiene.
- To abide by and demonstrate the correct procedures in regards to the Cell Phone policy.
- Be vigilant with the security & safety of all guests, staff, the building & surrounding area.
