Accounts Payable Part Time

Well respected Professional Design/Build Residential Remodeling company is looking for an accounts payable specialist who can help us get things done. We are looking for a part time, team- oriented superstar to join our dynamic team.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, company credit card reconciliations, and various other transactional issues. The Accounts Payable Specialist must exercise discretion in executing essential functions and be able to work independently, following through on assignments with minimal direction.

A few of the responsibilities would include:

· Data entry

· Subcontractor Invoices

· Material Invoices

· Credit Card Reconciliations

· Disbursements

· Subcontractor onboarding paperwork

· Updating COI and Sub Agreements

· A/P aging report accuracy and updating

· Purchase order reconciliation

· Preparing 1099 forms

· Material transfer tickets

Construction Background preferred and or experience with job costing

Approx 20 hours weekly Monday to Friday flexible hours available

Work environment is in person. South Raleigh near Garner. Salary Range $20-24/hr. depending on experience

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
