Job Description:

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 3-6 Months (CTH – Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $18 – $20

Shift Timings: Training: 8pm – 4:45pm | M – F

After Training: 9am -5PM | M – F

Hybrid Role

Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills which include speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• PC skills, Knowledge of MS Office
• Good problem-solving skills

Job Duties:

• Data entry of customer requests in a variety of form types or electronic files
• Use multiple systems and spreadsheets to ensure specific client rules are followed.
• Use sound judgement to research and resolve problems that inhibit processing.

• Data entry: 3 years (Required)
• Spreadsheets: 3 years (Required)
• Medical billing: 2 years (Required)
• Bank Teller: 2 years (Preferred)
