DISYS Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

DISYS is looking for applicants to fill multiple Data Entry positions with one of our clients in the Minneapolis area. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Contingent workers will be partnering with IMR team members to obtain current contacts at the investment managers & back offices. Once contacts are obtained, the contact information will be entered into the Salesforce application. Legal documents in PDF form will be emailed for eSignature to authorized signer at investment manager & back offices. Follow-up calls will be made to ensure receipt of the email & the urgent need to have the document(s) e-Signed & returned. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. This is a 6-month Contract.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Skills

• Experience in Data Entry.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets MS Office, Word, Excel as well as outlook and e-sign.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
