DISYS Hiring for Document Processor / Data Processor – REMOTE Job at Remote Full Time

Position: Document Specialist / Document Processor

Location: Mclean, VA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $25-28/hr

Duration: 6+ Months ( 100% conversion or extension)

Preferred Candidates:

Documents Processor, Document Specialist, Document Coordinator, Document Controller, Document Mapping.

Skills necessary for this Process Consultant role:

• Organizational skills

• Attention to details

• Communication Skills

• Process mapping and documentation

• Software: Visio and software of this nature

Day to Day responsibilities – need people who have done this work

• Reviews current business operations, procedures, and/or processes

• Creating process documentation

• Shadowing people people and process mapping (How does a particular process flow and what are the necessary steps in

the process to getting the work completed?)

· Identifying new areas that need process and those would need to be highlighted for manager review

· Part of this process is also project documentation: The specific team they would be shadowing(remotely) is a

team in St. Pete, FL and it’s acquisition related work and they are looking to integrate functions. The contractor

hired would need to understand that this is where they are and learn what it is that they need to do and

ultimately, create a project plan.

Education/Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR)

· In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a process design/redesign or technical role.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
