DISYS Hiring for Recruiter at Remote Full Time

Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:

Technical recruiting experience would be a big plus

Workday experience

Nice to have – 3rd party recruiting experience, corporate experience or a blend of the two

• Bachelors is required for any that would convert

Day to Day Responsibilities:

-This person will be supporting all of technology.

-Managing relationships with clients (LOB hiring managers and support staff) and candidates.

-Will be full cycle recruiter from identifying talent, through setting interviews with manager, through offer process interacting with HRBP and compensation office.

-They will have daily meetings with clients and team members. (updates on candidate flow, impediments, intel that kind of thing)

-For Sourcing they will utilize available resources like LinkedIn, Dice, ziprecuiter, monster to identify and source passive technology talent. They will use these, diversity sites and other sources to Network.

-They will be working through Workday and need to provide a diverse slate of candidates on their requests.

-They will also be working on and updating spreadsheets so having excel experience would be nice.

-This role would not be looking for high volume recruiting, more strategic level

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 5 years (Required)
• Workday: 1 year (Preferred)
