“Diva de Luxe offers the world an elite beauty experience through superior aesthetic services, intermediate and advanced classes on topics consisting of but not limited to: eyelash extension application, semi-permanent cosmetic makeup applications, and entrepreneurial mentorship and other business tutorials. We are also the home to 16 private beauty suites and their wonderful owners. We do have an in-house and online store that offers lash and beauty products to other beauty professionals. We like to be considered a one stop beauty shop!”

Our company is searching for a Social Media Manager with expertise in all forms of social media. The successful candidate will be required to use a variety of social media outlets to promote company policies and encourage customer engagement across all online platforms. We are interested in hiring candidates with an aptitude for understanding the nuances of social media and utilizing the platform(s) most effective for reaching our target customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create Content for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create an editorial calendar for social media content.
• Monitor social media platforms for user activity and brand mentions.
• Post status updates and content, such as photos and videos, to social media platforms according to the editorial calendar.
• Respond to social media comments, questions, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Research competitors’ social media activities.

I am looking for someone that has working experience with Microsoft word, all types of adobe, graphic design, hootSuite, etc.. Someone that has knowledge of the best SEO practices and can create a marketing strategy tailored to all the functions of the business.

I would like you to post at least once or twice a day a minimum. I am open to rebranding or any other suggestions that you have. I just want to make sure that we click and are on the same page!

As an employer I feel that I’m very easy to work with I just like to have a clear understanding of your process and be updated along the way.

Ultimately, I think it’s easiest to work with an individual that is actually within Wisconsin, but I am definitely open to any candidates that will take my business to the next level!!!

Pay: $100.00 – $250.00 per month
