Diversified Recovery Bureau has become an industry leader in the collection industry and prides itself on the financial and personal growth of its employees and family. We are looking for experienced Collection Specialists to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. This applicant should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Previous collection and/or customer service experience
Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls/dialers
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA)
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Comfortable working with targets/goals
Ability to negotiate payment terms/settlements
Patience and ability to manage stressful situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation / Problem-solving skills
Personal motivation that determines your income and ultimate potential
What we offer:
Base pay up to $25/ hour in addition to an aggressive monthly bonus program.
Ability to average 40k annually with income potential of 80k, in your first year of employment.
