Diversified Transfer & Storage, is a Nationwide Refrigerated LTL Carrier and Family Owned Company with 35 years of experience in the Transportation and Warehouse Industry. We have an immediate opening for a Administrative/CSR Assistant at our Billings MT Terminal. We would prefer this team member to have a *strong background in the transportation industry.*

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

You will be responsible for the smooth running of our dynamic DTSI Warehouse & Storage Operation where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new ideas. You must excel in time management and multi-task efficiently!

Your full time roll will include providing a full range of office duties to include:

• Billing
• Invoicing
• Accounts Receivables
• Customer Service
• Data Entry
• Supervising Employees
• Other duties as requested

This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills and basic office experience. You need to be self-directed and excel in organizational and problem solving skills.
