Divine Interiors is an upscale furniture showroom and gallery offering interior design services, custom upholstery, drapes, lighting and rugs. We embrace a concierge style of customer service, and strive to fill our boutique with only the finest quality art and furnishings for customers with elevated tastes.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a punctual, confident receptionist with clerical & customer service skills. Candidate must be comfortable answering calls, helping customers in person, and working at a computer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Answer incoming calls and direct the call to the appropriate person.
– Greet customers as they walk in.
– Data entry, filing, correspondence, general office tasks.
– Write up invoices for customers and complete all necessary paperwork.
– Follow-up with clients regularly.
– Post on Social Media
QUALIFICATIONS
We can train the right candidate! We are open Monday-Saturday, so you’ll always have Sundays off. Your schedule will be from 10am-6pm, 5 days a week.
