Divine Properties Hiring for Property Management Coordinator at Jackson, CA Full Time

Divine Properties is seeking a outgoing, customer-service oriented individual to join our property management team in Jackson! Our ideal candidate would enjoy interacting with our customers, have strong computer skills, thrive in a multi-tasking environment and be proficient in social media. Must be available to work in the office Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-4pm. Starting pay is $15/hour

This position is responsible for greeting clients as they walk through the door, collection of and processing the rent, initiate the move-out of tenants, answering muti-line phone system, become proficient in our storage rental software, property management software and Google Suite. Manage all of our social media sites and posts. Schedule showings and coordinate with the tenants/owners of the property. Basic office duties such as filing, faxing, emailing, copying, etc. Additional duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
