Divorce Without Lawyers LLC Hiring for Paralegal at Remote Full Time

This is start-up/spin off of an existing litigation support services company. This business will be a legal document preparation company for couples looking for an uncontested divorce in New Jersey. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Rather, we prepare the needed forms so a married couple can complete an uncontested divorce in New Jersey quickly without having to hire an attorney. This is a growing field with many firms providing low-cost easy to use forms to complete uncontested divorces.

We seek a paralegal who has a background working in a New Jersey family law firm, has a preference to work from home and prefers a part-time position, at least to start. Duties include speaking with customers, assisting in filling out and efiling court documents to complete the uncontested divorce process. New Jersey resident preferred. Compensation is open.
