We are changing the world…one flannel at a time. We’re a little non-traditional, a little on the edge, but that’s what makes us such a fun company to work for. Growing up around motorcycles, skateboards and hardcore/punk music – flannels were always a staple in our closets. But, like everyone else, we were tired of them not fitting well and then wrinkling, shrinking and fading after the first wash. We rolled out the first flannel in 2013 and haven’t looked back since! New facility in 2019, gorgeous retail space in 2020, added a 100,000 square foot fulfillment center in 2021, and going remote in 2023 for Customer Service!
We are looking for experienced individuals in customer service who thrive when solving customer challenges with a smile while having a great day, every day! Applicants do need to live in Arizona.
Responsibilities
· Our customers are amazing!! We all know sometimes life can be challenging, so our rockstars always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concern, acknowledge their reason for contacting us, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, expedite the correction or adjustment, and follow-up to ensure a great resolution.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through ticket, phone, chat, or social channels.
· Provide accurate and complete information using resources and tools, including proper sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and use of macros.
· Document customer communication in Zendesk with notes in Shopify, as needed. Include all customer interactions, transactions, comments and concerns.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Employ time management skills to manage metrics, SLAs and queue schedules.
· Communicate and support the rockstar team and our other amazing departments.
Requirements
· 2 years previous customer service experience in a call center
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of Zendesk, Shopify, Shipedge and Social Baker a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Standard Stuff:
Must be able to stand for extended periods time, including the entire work-shift
Must be available to work 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday, along with additional hours as needed during peak seasons.
