DLA Piper’s Washington, DC office is seeking a junior Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our Telecommunications Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience with telecommunications regulatory issues arising under the Communications Act and underlying regulations, as well as with FCC processes and procedures. We seek candidates with prior law firm or FCC experience with superior academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should also have a curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies.
