DMC Primary Care Hiring for Patient Service Representative – Part Time Closer 3 PM – 7:30 PM at Derry, New Hampshire Full Time

DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team.  We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed. This is a very busy call center environment.

This is a part time position in Derry, NH. Hours are Monday – Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Preferred Friday hours 8:00 am to 1:00 pm but can be flexible for the right candidate. This position includes one Saturday per month. 

DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for since 1964.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent

• High quality customer service skills

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting

• Medical experience preferred
