We are an energy consulting and brokerage firm that has been in business for over 10 years. We help our B2B clients find energy solutions for their businesses with our large network of suppliers and knowledge of the energy industry. We are located in Kirkland, Montreal.

Mission of the Role:-
The priority of this role is to give new Business Development Representatives and Account Executives the tools, skills and knowledge they need to be effective in the energy consulting industry. Identify any issues with training methods and make suggestions for improvements as needed. This role is expected to design and implement sales training programs for onshore and offshore employees.

Compensation – CAD 70,000-80,000 (Base Salary) + 15% (Annual Bonus) + benefits
