Docere Clinics Hiring for Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Job at Park City, UT Full Time

Our clinic in Park City is looking for an outstanding individual capable of performing the role of front office receptionist. You will perform all areas associated with customer service and front office, including answering multiple phone lines, scheduling, sales, filing, confirming appointments, records request, balancing books at end of day, problem solving, etc.

This position will allow the person not only to grow and develop within our company, but to really enjoy their developing career with us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who possesses strong organizational and decision making skills, along with medical office knowledge.

Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and medical front office.

– Must be a dynamic and charismatic person that works well with people both in person and over the phone.
– Must be intelligent, hard-working, energetic and organized.
– Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel)
– Must be very comfortable with a computer and modern technology
– Must take health and wellness seriously and have a strong desire to stay healthy and encourage other people to do the same

– Must be a fast learner

– Must be a team player and also have the ability to work on your own without supervision
