Locally owned and family-operated, since 1977, we’re seeking Professional Sales Associates to join our team!
Committed to helping guests find the perfect furniture & accessories to match their lifestyle & budget, our primary focus is to exceed expectations. Dodd’s Furniture & Mattress gives customers an incredible shopping experience. We build relationships for life.
While our sales associates receive a salary of $3000 a month (plus add on commission) throughout their training period, their potential income is SIX FIGURES.
Must-haves include:
Sales Experience!
Excellent communication, social & personable skills.
Enjoy working with others and thriving in a team environment.
Passion for enhanced shopping experiences and solving client needs.
An exceptional work ethic, able to work weekends.
Self-motivation, with an ability to take initiative.
Although it helps, sales or retail furniture experience is not always necessary to be successful in this role. Our exclusive Training Program will give you the support and tools needed to be successful
