We are looking for a driven Admin Assistant to perform admin duties on our courses, like enrollment of the courses, invoicing, payments, use of Training Management System (TMS) to create course runs, sessions, create course attendance sheet and occasionally some ad hoc duties. 100% Work-From-Home and flexible.
Responsibilities:
• General administration work on courses, emails/calls enquires, invoicing, use of TMS and some other ad hoc duties
Skills:
• Good working attitude and has a growth mindset
• Good writing, editing and communication skills
• Good command of english, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, detailed and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Good in Microsoft Office
