Fast paced, fun office. Must have very strong general office skills, including data entry strengths in various office programs. Quickbooks familiarity and knowledge most important. Willing to hit the ground running!

Desire to deliver excellent customer service, ability to work independently as well as with others. Great organizational skills, be outgoing and friendly, have logical thinking skills, and a sense of confidence; especially in spontaneous decision-making situations.

Monday-Friday full-time or part-time

Responsibilities would be, but not limited to:
– QuickBooks data entry

– Data entry in a few other office software

– Scheduling & Dispatching

– Answering phones

– Detailed message taking

– Accurate and neat filing

– Occasional errands

Skills:
– Professional and courteous telephone manner
– Ability to work as a team member within a small office, yet often work independently
– Positive attitude and warm, extrovert personality
– Ability to multi-task and set priorities
– Ability to stay organized
– Show initiative
– Aptitude with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
– Solid computer skills
– Logical thinking
