Dol Turf Restoration Ltd., the recognized leader in sports and golf turf management, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Some tasks may include:

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide administrative services for General Manager, Business Administrator and other divisional leads.
• Provide Accounts Payable support and assist with Customer invoicing
• Experience in Quickbooks and/or BV accounting systems an asset
• Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies & co-ordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Prepare out going materials for courier and order pickups on on-line
• Maintain electronic and hard copy of Health and Safety Handbook, policies and procedures
• Update Material Safety Data Sheets
• Organize hotel accommodations for employees
• Maintain daily work records
• Maintain Drivers log records
• Assist in bringing new skills, ideas and processes to Dol Turf

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour
